Master Roaster Emanuele Bizzarri created this blend to honor his home town of Perugia, Italy where “Il Grifo”, the griffin, is the iconic symbol. A blending of seven different beans creates a versatile coffee that adapts to a variety of brewing methods from espresso to brewed coffee. The Grifo blend was chosen as the official coffee for the 2024 Coffee Fest Latte Art World Championship Open.
